Maintenance Technician II
Location: Los Angeles Area
Pay: $25–$35 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: As needed, approx. 40 hours per week

We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support many apartment communities throughout Los Angeles. This independent contractor role offers steady work, flexibility, and variety.

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English, the primary language used by the company and its clients.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own tools required
• 2+ years of apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall/painting, and appliance repair
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Ability to track and document your work
